Moving is hard for everyone! It is such a disruption to our daily lives. For seniors, it can be especially difficult as some have lived in their homes for decades and have collected rooms full of items that they are ready to part with. But where to begin? We guide you through the process, but you, the senior, are in control.

Our Story
Golden Age Senior Transitions got started after my husband's family helped his mother move to an independent cottage. She was so fortunate that all three of her grown children lived in York and were able to assist her. But still, there were hours lost at work, time away from families, and extra stress. And we wondered, what do people do when they don't have family or they aren't available to help? There seemed to be a need for this service locally, and this career seemed a perfect fit for me!

Okay, so far it's just me. But I plan on adding a team of awesome packers and planners at some point. They will be super nice and hardworking. I promise.
